What you will do
- Be an expert in the platform and its workflows.
- Conduct 1:1 and small group training sessions.
- Tailor learning to customer needs and goals.
- Support customer adoption and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor during training.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Support.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer training, onboarding, or enablement, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or digital advertising.
- Strong track record of delivering live training sessions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Empathy and adaptability in training style.
- Passion for customer success.
