What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex technology and software projects within the banking industry.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, representing Zühlke with professionalism.
• Ensure project success by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, adapting delivery approaches to the client context.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, empowering both Zühlke colleagues and client-side contributors.
• Drive customer value, ensuring outcomes align with business goals.
• Support pre-sales and proposal work, contributing to delivery strategy and estimations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience delivering complex software or technology projects, ideally in a consulting environment with banking focus.
• Solid knowledge of agile practices and a strong agile mindset.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trust-based client relationships.
• Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills are required.

Nice to have

• Project management or agile certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.
