What you will do

• Lead the delivery of complex technology and software projects and programmes specifically within the banking industry.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, representing hirify.global with professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure project success by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, adapting delivery approaches to the client context.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams, empowering both hirify.global colleagues and client-side contributors.
• Drive customer value, ensuring outcomes align with business goals and expectations.
• Support pre-sales and proposal work, contributing to delivery strategy, estimations, and planning.

Requirements

• Several years of experience delivering complex software or technology projects, ideally in a consulting environment with a banking focus.
• Solid knowledge of agile practices and a strong agile mindset.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trust-based client relationships.
• Experienced in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in a technical or business-related field.
