TL;DR

Drive Architect: Leading the design and development of core libraries for hirify.global Drive's applications with an accent on cross-platform compatibility and optimal performance. Focus on code reviews, optimization, and comprehensive testing strategies to ensure reliability of core libraries.

Location: Offices in Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, and Taipei with option to work remotely up to 30% of the time. Depending on the role, fully remote positions may also be available.

What you will do

• Architect and develop core C#/TypeScript/Rust libraries.
• Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across various platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with backend, frontend, mobile, and desktop developers.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for core libraries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Rust programming language.
• Strong expertise in Rust language features, concurrency, and ownership models.
• Experience in developing libraries for client applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
