What you will do

• Placement and Routing of high reliability Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designs.
• Routing of power, high speed digital, RF, and analog PCB designs.
• Support librarian in creating and reviewing schematic symbols and footprints.
• Own design standards, templates, and release procedures.
• Interface with PCB manufacturing team and external vendors.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
• 2+ years experience with PCB layout and routing.
• Familiarity with Altium or similar design tools.
• Experience with IPC standards (Class 2/3, IPC-A-610, IPC-7351).

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or automation.
• Experience working with PLM software (Arena preferred).
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
