What you will do

• Manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the product life cycle process.
• Partner with various teams to deliver projects on time within defined expectations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Operations.
• Create risk management lists and execute contingency plans.
• Report project status to key stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.
• Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering program/project management experience in high volume consumer electronics.
• Expertise in hardware and/or software program management tools and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
• Experience in resources and budget planning.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel (~25%).
