What you will do

• Provide end-user support and issue management using ServiceNow.
• Ensure data integrity and quality design of system changes.
• Manage Workday business process setup, testing, and security.
• Perform routine system maintenance and audits.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
• Train end users on new processes and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Workday experience on an HRIS team.
• Proficiency in Workday in one or more functional areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
