What you will do
- Develop and maintain user-facing products using React, Remix, TypeScript, and Golang.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features from concept to deployment.
- Integrate AI-native tools into daily workflows to improve engineering efficiency and code quality.
- Define and implement new engineering practices within an AI-first development environment.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to scaling the technical culture.
- Write clear, maintainable documentation for both human developers and AI models.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer building user-facing products.
- Proficiency in moving fluidly between frontend and backend systems.
- Strong product and commercial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with testing practices including unit, integration, and automated end-to-end tests.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting team members.
Nice to have
- Experience with React, Remix, and TypeScript.
- Prior involvement in AI-augmented software development.
