What you will do

• Collaborate with product designers to incorporate customer insights into product decisions.
• Track product performance, measure success, and feed insights back into development.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and feature launches to push the boundaries of digital maths education.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategy.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand user needs and improve engagement.
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape the holistic vision of our product and drive innovation in maths education.

Requirements

• A user-centered design focus and analytical problem-solving skills.
• The ability to think strategically while also sweating the details.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership and driving action in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication skills to align teams around a compelling product vision.
• Must have at least 3 years as a Product Manager in digital/technology.
• Strong ability with SQL is a must have.
