What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, video networks, and mobile DSPs.
• Help manage influencer marketing efforts and agency relationships.
• Track key KPIs and leverage data to drive the growth of our games.
• Partner with the creative team to brainstorm, test, and optimize high-performing ad creatives.
• Explore new UA channels and tactics to diversify and improve the marketing mix.
• Conduct competitor research using mobile intelligence tools to spot trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (ideally in mobile apps or gaming).
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with campaign data and turning insights into strategy.
• Proficient in using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to extract insights from complex data sets.
• Hands-on experience with leading ASO platforms (e.g. AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action) for optimizing metadata, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing competitor strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Prior experience working with major social platforms (e.g. Google, Meta) and ad networks (e.g. AppLovin, Unity) is required.

• Experience with retargeting/re-marketing is a strong plus
