Bulk Chemical Delivery (CIU Stream) Engineer - Kiryat Gat (ICP-MS)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global site in Kiryat-Gat, Israel, with time split between on-site and off-site work.

hirify.global is hiring for an engineering role supporting bulk chemical delivery metrology and chemical quality control.

What you will do

• Qualify, maintain, and troubleshoot Scout Nano ICP-MS instruments and other analytical equipment in Bulk Chemical Delivery areas, including vendor maintenance, recipes, system fingerprints, alarms, and errors.
• Partner with Foundry QR Wet Lab engineers to develop and optimize sample analysis and ensure instrument matching between sites and between BCD and the Wet Lab.
• Develop facilities specifications, design packages, sampling procedures, white papers, and training packages for analytical equipment.
• Determine IDL, MDL, and PQL values and develop automated responses, alarm limits, and trend monitoring.
• Analyze operational processes, resource allocation, and safety processes; recommend and implement improvements aligned with the BCD metrology roadmap.
• Support the integration, development, and documentation of novel metrology instruments and applications such as titrations while maintaining fab quality and continuous supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience preparing samples and running ICP-MS analytical techniques.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting analytical instruments.
• Experience developing and implementing processes and standards across multiple entities to improve efficiency.
• Ability to work with systems and develop reports.
• Ability to review and create design packages for advanced equipment.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, including CR, laboratories, equipment vendors, and technicians.
