Engineer Quality Assurance (Test Strategy & AI)

Location: Hybrid working models or working entirely from the office; office facilities at The SUMMIT in Siegen.

What you will do

• Develop modern, scalable test strategies for moneo software products.
• Design testing tools, frameworks, and automation solutions.
• Shape modern testing practices and develop solutions using state-of-the-art AI tools.
• Establish meaningful quality metrics and provide transparent quality status reporting.
• Guide product development teams in integrating quality into their development processes independently.
• Support capability building in AI-assisted work and test strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in software development, testing, and/or quality assurance.
• Experience with modern test strategies, test automation, and quality engineering in professional software environments.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET; experience with TypeScript and Playwright is preferred within the profile, with willingness to learn additional technologies and programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or comparable solutions.
• Good German and excellent English language skills are essential.
• Self-driven, independent working style with a pragmatic and holistic approach to complex issues.
• Ability to communicate knowledge clearly and inspire different teams to adopt new ideas.
