IT Solutions Specialist L&H

What you will do

• Manage digital solution projects with hirify.global Automation Solutions, including project plans, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and optimize workflows connecting client IT systems and processes.
• Support clients with system integration and align technical solutions with IT, underwriting, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity and compliance standards across servers, VPNs, firewalls, certificates, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor production operations, troubleshoot issues, and improve implemented systems.
• Organize workshops and training covering system integration, underwriting, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in IT consulting or project management, focused on life or health insurance or financial services.
• Strong background in database management, system integration, and analytics.
• Proven success managing IT projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in agile project management and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of IT security measures, including certificate management and network security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Italian or Portuguese.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience in data analytics and cloud-based IT solutions.
• Background in underwriting or operational process improvement in life or health insurance.
