Intern Digital Project Management (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work

What you will do

• Support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery from initial brief through completion.
• Use Linear for day-to-day project management activities.
• Coordinate communication between designers, developers, Project Directors, and international clients.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings and retrospectives, using Agile and Extreme Programming practices.
• Use Google Analytics and data-tracking tools to measure project success and suggest improvements.
• Research technology and market trends, with a focus on AI and digital products.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Passion for digital environments, AI, and technology projects.
• Organized, proactive, and highly attentive to detail, especially in written communication.
• Interest in collaborating with diverse profiles, including developers and designers.
• Internship experience level: 0–1 year; education level: Bac +2/+3.

• Spanish for internal communication.
