DevOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Madrid or Barcelona, Spain; working from home up to 40%

What you will do

• Drive DevOps strategy, governance, and tooling standardization across platforms and teams.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines and environments using GitLab CI to support reliable, secure, and repeatable software delivery.
• Develop AI-assisted DevOps practices that improve automation, operational efficiency, engineering quality, and team productivity.
• Manage application-level resources in OpenShift projects, including configmaps, secrets, access, and configuration changes.
• Support release management and Azure resource operations in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in DevOps and platform engineering; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD, Ansible Automation Platform, and GitLab CI for automated software delivery and operations.
• Hands-on experience managing application resources within OpenShift projects and virtual machines, including troubleshooting and access management.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Azure, including resource group contributor activities and cloud resource management.
• Experience supporting release management, entitlement management, and production-oriented DevOps operational processes.
• English at C1 level and Spanish at C2 level for cross-team collaboration.
