Digital Marketing & Content Manager (Industrial Engineering)

Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom; hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

What you will do

• Create, manage and optimize website content, including news articles, case studies, careers content and employee stories.
• Improve website performance through SEO and optimization for emerging AI search platforms; monitor analytics, user behavior and engagement metrics.
• Plan and deliver social media content, especially for LinkedIn, and coordinate monthly content plans.
• Work with operational teams and business leaders to promote projects, expertise, success stories and company milestones.
• Produce newsletters and internal communications, gather stakeholder content and improve engagement.
• Ensure digital activity follows Actemium and VINCI Energies brand standards.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting, editing and content creation skills.
• Experience managing website content and CMS platforms.
• Experience planning and delivering social media campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO, content optimization and digital best practices.
• Confidence analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience using Canva or similar content creation tools.

Nice to have

• Experience using WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO platforms such as SEMrush.
• Exposure to LinkedIn advertising and paid social campaigns.
• Experience in a B2B, engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
