Senior Product Manager, Agent CRM (AI)

Location: Remote-USA; U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $151,700–$242,300 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC; $144,100–$230,300 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

hirify.global is a U.S. real estate platform, and Follow Up Boss is its CRM and operating system for real estate teams, combining customer workflows with hirify.global’s audience, data, and insights.

What you will do

• Set the strategy, roadmap, goals, and success measures for a core area of the Follow Up Boss CRM.
• Work with agents and team leaders to understand their workflows and translate findings into product priorities.
• Use AI to research problems, analyze data, prototype solutions, and build with engineering, design, and data science partners.
• Ship product improvements in small, frequent increments and own the product area end to end.
• Partner with marketing, sales, support, and customer success on launches, then gather customer feedback to guide iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience.
• Track record of owning a product area end to end and shipping work that improves customer and business outcomes.
• Technical ability to work closely with engineers on AI systems and the data behind them.
• Evidence of building, automating, or prototyping something independently with AI within the last year.
• Strong data skills, including forming hypotheses, testing them with data, research, and experiments, and acting on findings.
• Customer-focused approach with a willingness to speak with users and understand how they work.
• Clear writing, bias for action, and sound judgment when balancing speed with long-term quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, CRM, workflow, or data-heavy products.
