Product Manager (Workload Connectivity)

Location: Remote in Canada; other listed locations are Canada and the United States.

Salary: CAD 237,180–296,140 base salary, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business development of the Workload Connectivity product area.
• Define the end-to-end developer experience for workload authentication, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Drive the Kubernetes operator roadmap and establish reference architectures for cloud-native connectivity patterns.
• Develop connectivity pricing and packaging with product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
• Define metrics for workload adoption, activation, retention, and revenue, using data to guide investments.
• Work directly with developers, platform engineers, and infrastructure teams while collaborating on identity, access controls, networking, and developer tooling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of developer-facing infrastructure products such as cloud platforms, Kubernetes tooling, CI/CD systems, or developer platforms.
• Strong technical fluency in cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, containers, networking, infrastructure automation, and workload identity.
• Experience building products for developers and platform engineers, including APIs, documentation, and operational experiences.
• Ability to own a product area end to end, from strategy and roadmap through launch, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn technical capabilities into differentiated products and sustainable revenue.
• Ability to work directly with sophisticated technical customers and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based pricing for developer infrastructure products.
• Hands-on hirify.global experience, especially with Kubernetes or machine-to-machine connectivity.
• Public technical writing, conference talks, or open-source contributions.
