Senior Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Lead IT delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations across multiple business units.
• Plan and execute configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare, and handover activities across the project lifecycle.
• Lead a squad of Dynamics 365 functional and technical consultants.
• Align technical delivery with business requirements and the overall project plan, acting as the primary IT counterpart to business project managers.
• Coordinate dependencies with solution design, development, integration teams, banks, localisation packs, and external ISVs.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies while documenting market-specific configurations and deviations from the standard blueprint.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating business, IT, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Knowledge of integrations, data migration strategies, and ERP architecture.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Swedish.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as Finance or Supply Chain Management.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, or an Agile certification.
• Experience with multi-country or multi-market ERP rollouts.
• Experience working with localisation packs, ISV solutions, or large, complex enterprise environments.
