Senior Brand Designer, Web

Location: Hybrid; based in London ideally or elsewhere in Europe. Other listed locations: Munich, Zurich, Berlin, Paris, and Dublin. Minimal travel for team offsites and launches.

What you will do

• Design and own high-impact homepage, product, pricing, solutions, and campaign pages.
• Bring product launches to life through distinctive web hero moments and clear storytelling.
• Design interactive product demos, tools, and experiences that let users try the product.
• Improve conversion through hierarchy, messaging, calls to action, and sign-up flows, using data to guide decisions.
• Partner with Growth on experiments and A/B tests, iterating based on learnings.
• Evolve the web design system with components, templates, and tokens; provide responsive specifications, clean handoff, and QA from Figma through launch.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of shipped, live web work demonstrating exceptional visual craft, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience designing for conversion with evidence of measurable impact.
• Fluency in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and interaction fundamentals.
• Deep Figma experience with component-based systems, including auto layout, variables, and libraries.
• Experience designing CMS-driven, modular, and responsive websites, with understanding of accessibility, performance, and SEO.
• Understanding of how modern component-based websites are built, with designs created with implementation in mind.
• Ability to turn complex products into clear, compelling pages and confidently present and defend design decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Use of AI tools for ideation, iteration, or asset creation.
• Web motion skills with Rive, Lottie, or After Effects, or experience prototyping interactive experiences in code.
• Experience with experimentation tools, web analytics, or multilingual websites.
