Senior Designer, Partnerships

Location: Remote, UK & Europe

Salary: £45k–£55k per year

hirify.global provides long-term design support for client accounts and works across digital, brand, and event formats.

What you will do

• Lead concepts that set the direction for each project.
• Extend established brands across websites, sales decks, social posts, event booths, and other formats.
• Present concepts to clients and answer their questions.
• Brief developers and animators and estimate design time.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital design, gained freelance or within a team.
• Digital and brand portfolio demonstrating the thinking behind the work.
• Strong attention to consistent typography and spacing across formats.
• Ability to communicate products clearly through design.
• Fluency in Figma and confidence using Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using AI and new tools to research and explore ideas.
