Management Accountant - Property

Location: Based five days a week at the Shirebrook HQ, England, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting for multiple group entities and stores across international territories.
• Own month-end procedures, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany account reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis against actual, budgeted, and forecast results and investigate significant differences.
• Present management accounts and financial insight to the line manager and senior finance stakeholders.
• Own audits for relevant entities and prepare year-end trial balances to support the audit process.
• Complete department reporting and ad hoc reporting tasks supporting financial planning and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Part-qualified accountant through ACCA, CIMA, or ACA, or an equivalent relevant accounting qualification.
• Experience with accounting systems and finance processes.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and confidence working with large-scale, complex data.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Motivation to build a career with a global commercial business.
