Work Flow Information Analyst

Location: Based at the E3 Warehouse in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Shifts: Wednesday/Thursday–Saturday, 18:00–06:00.

Salary: £13.33 per hour plus applicable shift premiums.

What you will do

• Create regular and ad hoc reports covering service metrics across NDL and hold weekly discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Compile the weekly service pack, report service levels across departments, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review team member error rates and create Service Snapshot dashboard reports for each on-site team.
• Provide senior stakeholders and managers with data-driven insights and recommendations for operational decisions.
• Automate repetitive tasks using formulas, queries, or scripts and respond to ad hoc service-data requests.
• Build effective working relationships with stakeholders while supporting service initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous Business Intelligence and data analysis experience, including experience with databases and datasets from different sources and formats.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or an equivalent Google Sheets solution.
• Experience using Business Intelligence packages and software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SQL report-writing tools.
• Strong data visualisation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present trends and key performance indicators to decision makers.
• Ability to critically analyse data and provide recommendations to the senior management team.
• Ability to plan and prioritise work, manage time efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a motivated and positive approach to new challenges.
• Sound knowledge of management policies for warehouse operatives and subject-matter expertise.
• Proactive approach to innovation, continuous learning, and staying current with data science technologies.
