Logistics Transformation Project Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; international onsite VIE assignment

What you will do

• Support the Project Lead with the CO2 Logistics Accounting & Management Solution implementation across HSE, Digital, Transportation, Procurement, SC Sustainability, and the VesselBot vendor.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, follow up with stakeholders, and track milestones across planning, build and integration, UAT, go-live, and rollout.
• Support logistics provider onboarding, data integration follow-ups, governance meetings, status reporting, and program materials.
• Coordinate the Sensitech CCM to Sensitech Select temperature monitoring upgrade across Digital, Sites, and Quality stakeholders.
• Contribute to the business case for real-time loggers and control tower monitoring while tracking budget, scope, timeline, target architecture, and rollout activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience related to the position.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills in an international, cross-cultural environment.
• Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities across two parallel projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Interest in sustainability, digital transformation, and supply chain innovation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Eligible candidates must be citizens of the European Economic Area, aged 18–28, and cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

• Familiarity with project management tools.
• French and Spanish.
