What you will do

• Own creative intake and traffic management by logging briefs, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and maintaining Asana and weekly content trackers.
• Run weekly planning with clear priorities, deadlines, and handoffs.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals, including clinical and compliance sign-off, and unblock delayed work.
• Manage job numbers and consistent asset naming through ad launch.
• Coordinate external vendors and freelancers, including briefs, timelines, and invoices.
• Report on output, turnaround, and bottlenecks while improving processes and templates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or traffic management within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Confidence using project tools such as Asana and maintaining accurate, trusted trackers.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear, calm communication skills, including the ability to hold senior stakeholders and creatives to deadlines.
• Comfort working with high volumes and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regulated industry with multi-step review workflows.
• Experience coordinating video and photo production.
