Sr Product Manager (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized feature backlog for core software products.
• Translate business, market, clinical, and user needs into executable product requirements.
• Partner with R&D, designers, engineers, clinical product managers, operations, and software quality assurance to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Communicate product plans to senior stakeholders, build alignment, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Create product artifacts including flow diagrams, data models, prototypes, wireframes, and trade-off analyses.
• Define success metrics, gather user feedback, monitor industry trends, and improve product quality, experience, and operational impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in healthcare IT or biotech.
• Extensive experience conceptualizing, defining, and creating high-quality software experiences.
• Experience with Agile software development and building solutions from start to finish.
• Experience implementing scalable and sophisticated business rule applications.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence across functional areas.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical complexity to different audiences, conduct customer research and surveys, and synthesize findings into customer and business needs.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, break large projects into granular milestones, and track progress.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline, or relevant experience.
