Test Engineer (QA Automation)

What you will do

• Develop and execute software tests, including automated tests, within an agile cross-functional team.
• Perform user-centered testing of web applications based on customer use cases.
• Collaborate with developers to test features early in the development process.
• Develop scripts, automated test cases, CI/CD tools, and production monitoring and analysis capabilities.
• Analyze automated system-test results and participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Contribute to operating the production system with a DevOps mindset.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
• A few years of experience in software programming and testing, preferably in an agile development and testing environment.
• Programming interest and ability to work with computers.
• Understanding of computer networks.

Nice to have

• Relevant programming knowledge from studies or personal projects.
• Experience testing software, applications, web services, or APIs.
• Knowledge of network administration and TCP/IP.
• Experience with Axis devices.
