Software Engineer | Product Specification Engineering Management (.NET)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; presence with the team and working the majority of the time in the workplace is important.

What you will do

• Shape and evolve the modernized Supplier Collaboration Platform for hirify.global engineers and suppliers.
• Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using .NET 10, React, and Azure.
• Contribute to Standard Product Lifecycle Management initiatives and scalable, secure, user-centric product solutions.
• Work across discovery, solution design, implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and offshore colleagues.
• Influence architecture and engineering practices through design decisions, code reviews, automated testing, observability, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including strong hands-on .NET 10 backend development and modern frontend development with React.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills, including active listening, coaching, and facilitation.
• Clear, structured, and honest communication with in-house, offshore, and other colleagues.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s core values and cultural principles, with a corresponding mindset and way of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, supplier collaboration platforms, or enterprise product-development solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Experience with Playwright for frontend testing.
• Skill in building dynamic and responsive React user interfaces.
