What you will do

• Analyze, design, and continuously optimize implementation processes.
• Improve interfaces with internal departments and external partners across the value chain.
• Develop, visualize, and implement efficient process solutions.
• Conduct process audits and ensure process compliance.
• Anchor process changes and promote continuous improvement using lean methods.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, knowledge management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial education from an HTL, HAK, FH, or university.
• Knowledge of lean management, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Analytical and structured working style with technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to cooperate across departments.
• Confident use of digital tools.
• Very good German and good English skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in process management, project management, or customer-project implementation.
