Fullstack AI Developer (Python/React)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid. The role includes supporting customers during US hours.

Salary: 68,750–81,250 SEK per month, plus equity ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 depending on the offer.

What you will do

• Build agentic workflows that mirror how tax professionals make judgment calls.
• Develop evaluation and verification systems that measure accuracy against professional standards.
• Build model integrations and tooling that improve the accuracy and transparency of probabilistic systems.
• Develop and maintain fullstack features across AI tax preparation, planning, and review products.
• Own the user experience and backend logic for daily tax-professional workflows.
• Ship quickly, monitor metrics, improve customer outcomes, and keep the codebase clean, typed, and performant.

Requirements

• Experience building complex, data-heavy user interfaces and backend services with TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud and/or Azure.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete data and take ownership of outcomes.
• Empathetic, curious, detail-oriented, pragmatic, and highly collaborative across product, engineering, and tax.
• Comfort working in a high-paced, high-tempo environment and supporting customers during US hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced startups or regulated industries.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 and supporting real users.
