Salesforce Developer II

Location: Arlington, TX, United States; hybrid work with three office days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Build Salesforce business application solutions that improve servicing agents’ experiences for loan and lease customers.
• Integrate Salesforce with custom applications on Azure and AWS and with third-party solutions.
• Help establish a new Salesforce instance and define Automotive Cloud usage and related data architecture for a captive lender.
• Develop custom LWC, Apex, Flows, and scheduled jobs, including Cases and Service Cloud workflows.
• Design inbound and outbound APIs, data synchronization, microservices, and API-first integrations across the enterprise technology landscape.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, architects, developers, and product teams while implementing testing, monitoring, DevOps, security, and disaster recovery practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Salesforce experience required, with advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies such as Own.
• Deep understanding of integrating Salesforce with enterprise technologies across Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Apex triggers and classes, Flows, scheduled jobs, Cases, and Service Cloud work processes.
• Ability to define and implement data architecture and synchronization across systems of record, balancing storage, API traffic, and synchronization needs.
• Experience delivering inbound and outbound API integrations.
• Ability to implement encryption configurations, user security profiles and permissions, monitoring, and disaster recovery using Own for cybersecurity requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or commensurate experience, preferred.
