Salesforce Administrator (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite role

Base salary: $139,000–$185,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, support, and scale the core Salesforce platform.
• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and declarative automation for GTM efficiency and user experience.
• Manage Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models.
• Partner with SOX/Compliance teams on audits, user access reviews, and change-management controls.
• Manage Salesforce and Okta integrations covering SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
• Support Sales and Revenue Operations processes, perform light Apex or configuration-heavy development, and explore AI agents and AI-powered GTM automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation, plus strong Salesforce security architecture knowledge.
• Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes.
• Experience working with SOX/Compliance teams in a SOX-regulated environment, including audits, UARs, and change-management controls.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management.
• Willingness and aptitude to perform hands-on development alongside core administration duties.
• Curiosity about AI agent creation and AI-powered automation for GTM processes.
• Experience partnering with offshore and distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong learning, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person, eligible without export authorization, or reasonably likely to obtain the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
• Experience with Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner processes.
• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI agents, M&A system integrations, and disciplined systems development.
