Project Engineer, Project Management (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager on automotive development and validation projects.
• Update test plans and schedules according to project evolution.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor samples, including delivery to testing locations and return or scrapping after activities.
• Track and report activity progress using KPIs.
• Support risk analysis activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Recent graduate with strong motivation to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
• Some hands-on automotive experience through internships, academic projects, or entry-level positions.
• Exposure to virtual or physical testing at vehicle-component or module level through university projects or practical training.
• Good organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of major vehicle functionalities and attributes.
• Familiarity with sample or component management processes.
• Experience working in diverse or international teams through academic projects, internships, or multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
