Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, data flows, and platform integrations using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Contribute across frontend, backend, mobile, and platform systems supporting employee experience products.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions that improve technical stability and reliability.
• Integrate frontend experiences with reliable APIs and platform services.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders through delivery, code reviews, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools for development, code exploration, testing, refactoring, and documentation while applying sound engineering judgment.

Requirements

• Experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Understanding of API design and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and observability practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, initiative, ownership, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies, systems, and domains.
• A pragmatic and collaborative approach, with attention to quality, reliability, maintainability, and user value.
• Mid-level engineers may also apply if they demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a passion for learning.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows, or interest in exploring these tools.

Hiring process

• Initial informal call with the Talent team.
• 30–45-minute interview with the Engineering Manager, followed by a 60-minute technical interview.
• 30–45-minute final interview with the VP of Engineering; the process typically takes 2–2.5 weeks.
