FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, CAO, SVP of Legal, Facilities Director, senior leadership, and business partners on strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting.
• Review purchase requisitions, headcount requests, and capital expenditures against budgets, forecasts, and business priorities.
• Lead month-end financial reviews, including actual-versus-budget and forecast analysis, variance explanations, and executive reporting.
• Prepare selected financial statement and balance sheet flux analyses and support external auditors.
• Improve financial processes, controls, reporting efficiency, planning systems, and scalable FP&A procedures; support ad hoc analyses, strategic initiatives, and M&A projects.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and executive reporting.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, balance sheet fluctuations, budget and forecast variances, and capital expenditure requests.
• Ability to work with executive leadership, business partners, and external auditors.
• Capability to improve financial controls, reporting processes, and the use of financial systems and technology.
