Lead, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Remote or Salt Lake City, Utah; remote eligibility and compensation ranges are specified for selected U.S. states and regions.

Salary: $105,500–$196,500 for specified remote locations, or $91,500–$170,500 for another listed group of U.S. locations; final compensation varies by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Reconcile revenue, cost of sales, and operating income, including topside adjustments, cost-element analysis, and disaggregation reporting.
• Support Annual Operating Plan and JSP forecasting by preparing, updating, and validating forecast data and financial inputs.
• Prepare P&L fluctuation reports and analyze period-over-period variances to identify business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Manage segment reporting, including business interruption, domestic casualty, tax questionnaire, end-user, investor relations, and IDWA forecast reporting.
• Maintain working capital reporting and support BPC data integrity through validation, process improvements, and system testing.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests by gathering, analyzing, and presenting financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting processes, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification such as MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• Many positions may require eligibility to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
