Salary: $89,691–$121,346 per year

What you will do

• Create and edit content that simplifies user experiences and engages financial advisors, individual investors, and institutional audiences.
• Develop metadata, SEO/AI language, tags, CTAs, headers, subheads, alt text, and page content for web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, data and technology, and digital experience stakeholders.
• Provide constructive, specific feedback that guides improvements to digital experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of user-focused writing experience, including work in hardware, software, digital agency, documentation, or journalism.
• Experience shaping content for multidisciplinary projects and developing information architecture for complex documentation sets or product suites.
• UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
• Experience with accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of online technology and related products, including web and mobile UI and tools.
• Ability to work with SEO/AI requirements and apply web writing principles.

Nice to have

• Ability to extract complex concepts and quickly create content flows, clear copy, and information architecture.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, multitask, and operate in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or another CMS and Adobe Target.
• Communication expertise outside UX writing.
• Understanding of design, development, and QA.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, products, and the financial industry.
