Fintech Content Writer (AI)

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Write LinkedIn and X posts for hirify.global executives in their distinct voices.
• Run the weekly social content engine by monitoring industry news, selecting relevant stories for advisors, and maintaining evergreen content.
• Write blog posts, product launch announcements, research pieces, client newsletters, case studies, sales collateral, email campaigns, and website copy.
• Interview hirify.global clients and turn their experiences into case studies with clear theses, quotes, and results.
• Brief and produce charts, short videos, and graphics with the design team.
• Maintain voice guides, the content calendar, and AI writing workflows while tracking content performance and partnering with compliance.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional writing experience in B2B marketing, financial media, journalism, or ghostwriting.
• A portfolio showing short social posts, long-form pieces, and at least one example written in another person’s voice.
• Comfort with financial topics, including portfolios, taxes, and the wealth management business.
• Ability to turn breaking news into sharp content quickly and judge when work is ready to publish.
• Daily experience using AI writing tools, with informed opinions about their strengths and limitations.
• Clear, low-ego collaboration with senior executives and openness to feedback on drafts.

• Experience in wealth management, fintech, or at a registered investment adhirify.globalr.
• Experience writing under financial marketing compliance rules.
• Video scripting or editing experience.
