Director, Supply Chain SAP Strategy & Enablement (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; full-time work authorization in the United States is required. Relocation is not provided. Travel: 0–25%.

Base pay: $171,000–$198,000 annually. Annual incentive reference value: 30%.

What you will do

• Build practical knowledge of SAP Joule, SAP Business AI, and related digital-core capabilities, translating them into supply chain applications.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities with business teams; develop business cases covering value, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and accountable outcomes.
• Represent North America Supply Chain with Global Digital Network SAP Platform teams shaping the SAP Data & AI roadmap and related use cases.
• Translate business processes and user needs into solution requirements and support configuration, testing, deployment, and improvement of SAP AI solutions.
• Connect SAP-native AI with NAOU data, products, integrations, and user experiences, routing opportunities outside the SAP core to the appropriate product teams.
• Define governance and outcome measures for adoption, realized value, performance, portfolio progress, responsible AI, data, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience applying AI capabilities.
• Progressive leadership experience in supply chain, SAP-enabled transformation, digital products, process improvement, data, analytics, or AI-enabled roles.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge and the ability to learn technical concepts and translate between business teams and IT partners.
• Experience defining business and product requirements, supporting solution design and testing, developing investment cases, and achieving measurable outcomes in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI, data, integration, security, and responsible-use concepts.
• Technical curiosity, learning agility, strategic thinking, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills; software development expertise is not required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Ariba, SAP Joule, or SAP Business AI.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
