What you will do

• Lead and govern Azure, AWS, and Digital Workplace service delivery across ANZ.
• Manage and develop local and offshore delivery teams, including capability planning, coaching, utilisation, performance, and career development.
• Partner with Sales and Presales on solution feasibility, resourcing, effort, risk, and commercial viability.
• Govern project handovers, resource planning, escalations, delivery quality, project closure, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a senior customer and stakeholder escalation point for workshops, governance forums, steering committees, and key engagements.
• Improve forecasting, service maturity, partner performance, customer satisfaction, and operational alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Cloud, Digital/Modern Workplace, or Professional Services teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Azure, AWS, Digital Workplace/EUC, networking, identity, and security.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across onshore and offshore environments, with responsibility for capability, performance, utilisation, and service quality.
• Strong commercial acumen covering Statements of Work, effort and cost modelling, margin protection, delivery governance, and P&L considerations.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Presales on solutioning, customer engagements, delivery feasibility, and vendor or partner management.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Delivery, PMO, partners, and customers.
• Professional-level English in written and verbal communication.
