Senior Threat Emulation & Exposure Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore - Remote; occasional travel may be required (<25%)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer delivery of agentic and generative AI-enabled risk exposure assessments, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, and mitigation strategies.
• Operate service capabilities focused on Exposure Management, Red Teaming, and Vulnerability Management.
• Refine, improve, and present outputs from SafeMind, Falcon, and other frontier capabilities to management and technical audiences.
• Document and communicate recommendations to improve technical service-delivery capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical support teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing or application security activities is highly preferred.
• Experience in Vulnerability Management, Continuous Threat Exposure Management, and technical risk consulting.
• Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets, including Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
• Strong understanding of security methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems.
• Advanced experience with networking components such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Experience with generative AI and agentic technologies, including their use in security operations.
• Advanced experience in application and systems automation and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, proxies, mail servers, and web servers.
• Advanced experience providing operational support for operating systems, applications, and networks.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Security community participation, such as conference speaking or tool development contributions, is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, GPEN, GXPN, or CRTO.
