What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service performance against departmental KPIs.
• Implement staffing plans and escalate operational issues and resource concerns.
• Deliver training on operational procedures, GDP requirements, and company policies.
• Promote housekeeping, safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and effective service delivery.
• Support employee development through coaching, team briefings, and performance discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, inventory control, supply chain leadership, operational management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment and experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, organisational, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and staff development skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members, prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good understanding of productivity, quality, and service performance measures.
• Competent IT skills and working knowledge of computers, company systems, operational systems, and programmes.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated distribution experience.
• Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice requirements and familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Experience delivering training or coaching colleagues and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Understanding of continuous improvement principles, warehouse performance reporting, and KPI management.
• Relevant team leadership or supervisory qualifications.
• CPIM, CSCP, CLA, or equivalent certification.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, CAP, or equivalent certification.
• Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity.
