Business Consultant (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote; candidates must be located anywhere in the UK

What you will do

• Identify customer needs, key stakeholders, and qualified prospects based on hirify.global capabilities.
• Work with Sales on pre-sales engagements and support target sales achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Build and deliver customer-specific demonstrations using customer data and configure Maestro resources such as workbooks, task flows, and scorecards.
• Create supplementary presentation materials for tailored demonstrations and follow the sales process deliverables.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations to Product Management based on field experience.
• Prepare sales transition documentation and participate in Sales-to-Services handoff meetings.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of supply chain management, implementation, or enterprise pre-sales experience, including domain expertise in one or more of Automotive, High-Tech, Pharma/Lifesciences, Aerospace and Defense, or CPG.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, industry best practices, and available SCM/ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills.
• Adaptability, strong initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
