Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work with flexibility to work from Utrecht or another hirify.global office during rotations

Gross monthly salary: €3,516–€5,021 for a 36-hour work week

hirify.global is a bank whose Business & IT domain develops and supports banking products and services through collaboration between business and technology teams.

What you will do

• Complete practical assignments across up to four rotations in roles such as business analyst, engineer, product manager, project manager, or business manager.
• Analyse information and data, develop dashboards, and assess the maturity of artificial intelligence applications.
• Connect business and technology stakeholders and translate their needs into plans, recommendations, or solutions.
• Prepare advisory reports on technologies, processes, or applications that could be improved or discontinued.
• Contribute to a side project and collaborate with colleagues and other trainees.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business & IT, Business Management, Information Management, Business Technology, Econometrics, engineering, or another field with a clear interest in business and technology.
• Relevant experience through study projects, an internship, part-time work, a board position, or voluntary work.
• 0–2 years of work experience and residence in the Netherlands when applying.
• Interest in working at the intersection of business and technology.
• Curiosity, motivation to learn, initiative, questioning ability, self-reflection, and openness to different perspectives and new approaches.
• Willingness to develop stakeholder management, complex problem-solving, artificial intelligence, and data skills.
• Flexibility to work from Utrecht or another hirify.global office during a rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis, artificial intelligence, or business analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Python, SQL, GitHub, Scala, Java, or Azure.
• Introductory training in testing or business analysis.
• Participation in activities outside the regular study programme.
