Data Analyst (Marketing Technology)

What you will do

• Support adoption of shared data standards, frameworks, best practices, and scalable ways of workhirify.global across tribes and teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and playbooks for consistent and accessible data practices.
• Strengthen the Data Analyst community by raishirify.global standards, integrathirify.global new data practices, and sharhirify.global knowledge.
• Translate data and complex analyses into clear, actionable, business-relevant insights.
• Collaborate with data specialists, marketers, analytics colleagues, product leads, and business stakeholders to improve data processes and toolhirify.global.
• Continuously improve data practices in an agile environment and contribute to hirify.global’s fact-based culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a comparable quantitative field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant analytics experience, preferably in a large organization, digital markethirify.global environment, or financial services environment.
• Proven experience with SQL and visualization or dashboardhirify.global tools such as Cognos or Power BI.
• Experience applyhirify.global data analysis in digital markethirify.global environments and on cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with markethirify.global and analytics platforms such as Braze, Optimizely, Tealium, and Amplitude.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a practical and hands-on mindset.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Broad interest in data collection, analysis, experimentation, and visualization; comfort workhirify.global in an agile environment and learnhirify.global new techniques.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAS and/or Python.
• Fluency in Dutch.
