Operations Strategy Intern (Logistics)

What you will do

• Support inventory control and accuracy mechanisms across European sortation hubs.
• Maintain standard operating procedures covering inventory receiving, usage, counting, storage, and scrap operations.
• Support supplier reviews, performance tracking, order updates, cost monitoring, and budget reporting.
• Apply lean principles to optimise inventory flow and storage space utilisation.
• Manage onboarding and operational integration of external clients into the logistics network.
• Assist with projects across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Motivation to make a significant impact from Day 1.
• Willingness to commit, take ownership, create, and learn new things, including AI.
