Supply Chain Strategy & Project Analyst

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Support the definition and execution of the long-term supply chain strategy.
• Manage project workstreams with external consultants and internal stakeholders, coordinating deliverables, timelines, costs, quality, and decision-meeting communications.
• Conduct supply chain deep-dive analyses, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency, service improvement, and resilience.
• Build financial models and scenario simulations covering cost-to-serve, landed cost, logistics flows, ROI, and transformation options.
• Own supply chain KPI reporting frameworks, data consolidation routines, definitions, and the KPI dictionary in Data Galaxy.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and support reporting harmonization, data reliability, and data integrity across regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, consulting, or operations.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills using Excel, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, inventory, and forecasting.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to anticipate, develop, implement, and continuously improve results-oriented processes, standards, and controls.
• Ability to analyze problems, develop new approaches, shape plans around broader business strategy, and translate corporate strategy into the supply chain domain.
• Ability to establish communication rituals, adapt communication to different audiences, manage change, and present analysis in an impactful and actionable way.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Additional training in data analytics.
