What you will do

• Help establish and embed hirify.global’s Global Compliance Monitoring Centre of Excellence.
• Lead deep-dive compliance reviews to identify and assess compliance risks across business divisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and monitor mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate Group-wide testing plans, methodologies, and reviews.
• Deliver compliance reporting and insights to senior management.
• Develop automation and dashboards for continuous monitoring and oversight.

Requirements

• Experience as a financial services professional.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
• Experience assessing compliance risks, developing mitigation strategies, and performing control testing.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Sound judgement, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to effective compliance outcomes.
