Business Development Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Prospect for new customers through outbound strategies and multiple channels.
• Create, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations, arguments, and data-supported materials.
• Understand customer challenges and position the solution as the best fit.
• Meet agreed sales targets and manage sales activity and progress in the CRM.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or a startup.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Strong relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Arabic language skills.
