Cloud Solutions Architect (Brussels)

What you will do

• Design, implement, operate, and optimize cloud solutions against availability, reliability, performance, and cost KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end cloud architecture, development, and migration lifecycles, including strategy, landing zones, networking, data migration planning, and detailed runbooks.
• Implement governance guardrails, shared-responsibility security, zero-trust principles, encryption, compliance, and data protection.
• Automate cloud processes and workflows; collaborate with development teams to support cloud applications.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, incident response, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans with defined RTO/RPO.
• Provide cloud expertise to stakeholders, evaluate new services, and maintain architecture and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or OVH cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V for hybrid and cloud-hosted infrastructures.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Bicep, and cloud networking.
• Knowledge of cloud security standards and compliance frameworks including CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and optimization tools; proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, AWS CodeCommit, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud database services such as RDS or Cloud SQL, advanced cloud services, and enterprise SaaS offerings.
• At least one certification from AWS, Microsoft, or another cloud provider in a directly related domain is mandatory.
• English at C1 level is required.
