Junior Global Product Manager, Post Launch Innovation (Hardware)

What you will do

• Support cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Packaging, Marketing, Business, and Operations teams.
• Help manage well-defined post-launch initiatives, including incremental feature improvements, sustainability enhancements, quality updates, and cost optimization.
• Optimize specific features and components of established hardware products to improve user experience.
• Apply product management frameworks to assess desirability, technical feasibility, business viability, cost, and sustainability.
• Track schedules, documentation, action items, and milestones in an agile team environment.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and verbal, is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, hardware development, or a related technical or design field; relevant internships and project work are considered.
• Basic familiarity with hardware product development lifecycles or consumer electronics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with immediate team members.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong enthusiasm for learning and delivering quality results.
